The Insurance Company employs a Loss Adjuster to protect their
Interest but by employing us as your Loss Assessor we will negotiate
on your behalf and give you independent advice, support and professional
assistance in order to ensure that you receive everything you
are entitled to in a fair and efficient manner. We are here to
alleviate stress, prepare your claim and negotiate a settlement
in accordance to your entitlement.

to your signing-off the claim at settlement.

- Arrange an interim payment from the Insurance
Company to enable the required repairs to commence (if required)
- Survey the damage to your building or contents
and prepare a bill of quantity, estimates, inventory of stock
and consequential loss.
- Prepare, negotiate and settle the claim with
the insurance company’s Loss Adjuster to obtain the best
possible settlement in the shortest time. This includes attendance
at all meetings, dealing with all correspondence to payment
of the loss.
